Passive House buildings provide heating and cooling-related energy savings of up to 90% compared to typical building stock and over 75% compared with average new builds. Passive homes are designed to keep occupants safe and comfortable during extreme weather conditions and power outages.

Climate Leadership in the building industry
In addition to reducing or eliminating operational emissions by producing high-performance building enclosures, Tooketree’s SEED Building Systems sequester carbon within the building envelope by using biogenic materials such as wood, recycled-paper cellulose, and wood fibre insulation. Tooketree’s manufacturing process minimizes construction waste through automation and optimization.

Our SEED Panels are delivered and installed in a matter of days, helping you to seal up the enclosure quickly. This eliminates the unexpected challenges that arise when building outdoors. Air tightness and carbon storage detailing are included. Quality is high and the cost is competitive.

Tooketree’s homes and buildings are made to last for generations. The robust design and meticulous fabrication are supported by high-performance air, water, and vapour control barriers, shear-resistant fasteners and connectors, and passive-house-quality triple-glazed windows.
Tooketree manufactures SEED panels in a controlled environment. This enables our team to consistently produce a product that is clean and dry throughout.
Our panels are CSA Certified, which indicates that the panels and their contents meet the rigorous requirements set by the Standards Council of Canada around quality, safety and reliability.
